c) info flow/ user experience
the website is deigned in such a way that it makes it clear, easy and readable for the user to experience. purchasing can be simple and even made quicker with 'one click' buying of products fulfilled by amazon. below the header you find the navigation bar and also a search bar which allows customers to look deeper into the catalog.
d) features
some of the features on this web page are, scroll bars, navigation bar, search bar and many others. each is similar to amazons colour scheme and layout meaning none of them are too bold or in the way and they are all appropriately sized and viewable. the website home page is mainly to show previous products you bought and be able to buy them again with text and thumbnails linking you to that products by using Web 3.0 which remembers past page views. also there are not many visuals so that this means there is no radio buttons.

There are many subsidiary companies within Amazon, therefore meaning that many people can make profit from using Amazon. like ebay you can sell things yourself in the market place. Also the company itself makes profit from things such as Amazon Prime which is a service that gives them benefits and priorities over general users. It is clear that the benefit for the audience when it comes to Amazon is that they can buy a huge variety of things for often a lower price than they could in a shop.
f) Content
a clear chane with amazon is its product range, as it just use to be a book retailer it has now vastly expanded to selling many other products aswel as books. over the years the amazon logo has stayed the same but the amount of graphics and radio buttons along with the slide shows has been improved to be more interactive
